Sunday Salon: Site changes

I just made some improvements to the Salon site. Given our ever lenghthening list of members (123 this morning; I've got 2 more to add now), the balance between the main column and the sidebar was off. I've moved the recent posts lists to the main column, near the top, which makes a lot of sense. There are also now more posts listed--I went from 7 to 15. Now it'll be easier to follow the posts from the site if you'd like to do it that way. The directions on joining are a little lower. There are navigation links at the top, and there's plenty of room in the sidebar for even more names to be added!
